Best Western Flagship Inn

We have stayed here a few times and most recently stayed because we had new floors put in. The staff is always extremely friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great!

Everything!!! This was a very short stay, BUT it was beyond our expectations. The rooms are freshly remodeled, the beds are brand new and extremely clean! The rooms did not even smell like it had just been remodeled. Sometimes when you take a chance on an outdoor entrance roadside motel you get burnt but this one was the best! Joshua (front desk clerk) was so helpful and kind! The breakfast was real fried eggs, sausages and biscuits & gravy, and self-made hot waffles. The kitchen staff was so amazing and such a sweet lady helped my kidos pack a snack for later on our road trip. I can't say enough good things

Everything was exceptional! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to assist. Terry, the maintenance man, was so helpful, as was all the staff. Our room was great and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! Breakfast was also hot and delicious! We will go out of our way to stay here again! We evacuated Florida due to hurricane Ian and were very frazzled, but our room was exactly what we requested -- ground floor, 2 queen beds, smoking, and two small dogs. The pet fee was so reasonable and I just can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and the kindness of everyone we encountered, especially in such a stressful time. Thank you all!!

Clean rooms. Breakfast was good, but waffle iron needs to be fixed. However, there are several toppings for oatmeal or waffles, when the iron is working. Property was quiet. Great stay. Would come back.

If I could give it a rating better than a 10, I would. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff was super friendly. The building and our room was super clean. The location was super perfect and we felt safe. The breakfast was super great. I could not have asked for a better stay. It exceeded all my expectations.
